围术期口渴不适量表的汉化及信效度检验

Chinese version and reliability and validity test of the Perioperative Thirst Discomfort Scale

目的:对围术期口渴不适量表(Perioperative Thirst Discomfort Scale,PTDS)进行汉化,并对其进行信效度检验。方法:采用Brislin翻译模型对PTDS进行翻译、回译、专家评议和预调查形成中文版PTDS,选取2021年9月—12月天津市某三级甲等医院肝胆外科住院的172例术后病人进行问卷调查,评价中文版PTDS量表的信效度。结果:中文版PTDS的Cronbach’sα系数为0.844,折半信度为0.810。量表各条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83~1.00,平均量表水平的内容效度指数为0.97,探索性因子分析提取1个公因子,累计方差贡献率为52.386%。以数字评分法作为效标工具,效标关联效度为0.827(P<0.001)。结论:中文版PTDS具有良好的信效度,适合对围术期病人进行口渴评估,为临床制定缓解术后口渴策略提供依据。

Objective:To translate the Perioperative Thirst Discomfort Scale(PTDS)into the Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the Brislin translation model,Chinese version of PTDS was formed by forward-translation and back-translation,expert commentary and pre-investigation.A total of 172 perioperative patients in a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin from September to December 2021 were selected to test the reliability and validity.Results:The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the Chinese version of PTDS was 0.844.The half-fold reliability was 0.810.The I-CVI ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,and the S-CVI/Ave was 0.97.The exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted 1 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 52.386%.Using the Numerical Rating Scale as the criterion tool,the criterion-related validity was 0.827(P<0.001).Conclusions:The Chinese version of PTDS had good reliability and validity,which can be applied to evaluate the degree of thirst in patients during the perioperative period,and to provide basis for clinical formulation of strategies to relieve postoperative thirst.
