河北省淡色库蚊对杀虫剂的抗性调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的 监测河北省淡色库蚊对不同杀虫剂的抗性。方法 幼蚊采用浸渍法,成蚊采用接触筒法。结果 8个淡色库蚊野外种群幼虫对拟除虫菊酯类、有机氯类杀虫剂抗性程度不同,对有机磷类杀虫剂抗性程度较低。秦皇岛种群对联苯菊酯的抗性最高,LC_(50)为0.035 7μg/ml,抗性倍数达89.25;沧州种群对醚菊酯抗性最高,LC_(50)为0.042 3μg/ml,抗性倍数达105.75;承德种群对胺菊酯抗性最高,LC_(50)为1.881 3μg/ml,抗性倍数达15.55;保定种群对氯氰菊酯抗性最高,LC_(50)为0.027 7μg/ml,抗性倍数达16.29;邯郸种群对双硫磷的抗性最高,LC_(50)为0.007 0μg/ml,抗性倍数为6.36;沧州种群对毒死蜱抗性最高,LC_(50)为0.012 8μg/ml,抗性倍数为18.29;石家庄种群对DDT抗性最高,LC_(50)为6.982 0μg/ml,抗性倍数为27.36。各种群淡色库蚊成虫对氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯均表现为抗性;对高效氯氰菊酯抗性程度不同,沧州种群表现为敏感,秦皇岛种群表现为可能抗性,其他种群均表现抗性;对马拉硫磷抗性程度较低,承德和唐山种群表现为抗性,邯郸种群表现为可能抗性,其他4个种群均表现为敏感;对残杀威抗性程度不同,对马拉硫磷抗性程度较低,承德和唐山种群表现为抗性,邯郸种群表现为可能抗性,其他4个种群均表现为敏感;对残杀威抗性不同,沧州种群表现为敏感,秦皇岛种群表现为可能抗性,其他种群均表现抗性。结论 河北省淡色库蚊对不同杀虫剂的抗性程度不同,应科学使用杀虫剂,以减缓蚊虫抗药性的产生。 Objective To monitor the resistance development of adults and larvae of Culex pipiens pallens to different insecticides in Hebei Province.Methods The dipping method was used for larvae bioassay, while the contact tube method was for adult bioassay.Results The larvae of the 8 wild populations of Culex pipiens pallens held different levels of resistance to pyrethroids and organochlorine insecticides, but had a lower degree of resistance to organophosphorus insecticides.The population from Qinhuangdao showed the highest resistance to bifenthrin, with the LC_(50)as 0.035 7 μg/ml and the resistance ratio as 89.25.The Cangzhou population was mostly resistant to etofenprox, with the LC_(50)as 0.042 3 μg/ml and the resistance ratio as 105.75.The Chengde population was mostly resistant to tetramethrin, with the LC_(50)as 1.881 3 μg/ml and the resistance ratio as 15.55.The Baoding population had the highest resistance to cypermethrin, with the LC_(50)as 0.027 7 μg/ml and resistance ratio as 16.29.The Handan population had the highest resistance to temephos, with the LC_(50)as 0.0070 μg/ml and the resistance ratio as 6.36.The Cangzhou population had the highest resistance to chlorpyrifos, with the LC_(50)as 0.012 8 μg/ml and resistance ratio as 18.29.The Shijiazhuang population had the highest resistance to DDT,with the LC_(50)as 6.982 0 μg/ml and resistance ratio as 27.36.Adults of various groups of Culex pipiens pallens were resistant to permethrin and deltamethrin.The resistances to lambda cypermethrin varied in populations, susceptible in Cangzhou, possible resistant in Qinhuangdao population and resistant in other populations.The resistances to malathion were different in populations, resistant in Tangshan population and Chengde population, susceptible in other populations.The resistances to propoxur were different in populations, susceptible in Cangzhou population, possible resistant in Qinghuangdao population resistant in other populations.Conclusion The Culex pipiens pallens in Hebei evolved different level resistance to insecticides, so insecticides should be applied scientifically to slow down the development of mosquito resistance.
