2021年首都机场周边蚊虫密度及病原携带情况调查 被引量:2

Investigation on the mosquito densities and mosquito-borne pathogens in surrounding areas of Beijing capital international airport in 2021

摘要 目的 对2021年首都机场周边蚊虫密度及病原携带情况进行调查分析,为北京机场口岸蚊虫防治提供依据。方法 采用国家标准GB/T 23797-2020中的CO诱蚊灯法对机场周边2021年蚊虫密度进行监测,并对采集到的蚊虫用RT-PCR的方法进行病毒核酸检测。结果 2021年共捕获成蚊9 611只,分4属8种,淡色库蚊为优势种,占捕获总数的48.66%;2021年首都机场周边蚊密度为9.53只/(灯·h),成蚊密度高峰期为7—9月,8月成蚊密度最高,达20.99只/(灯·h);7个监测点中河边(温榆河水系)的密度最高,为30.10只/(灯·h);对捕获蚊虫进行病原检测,未发现携带登革病毒、乙型脑炎病毒、西尼罗病毒等。结论 首都机场周边存在蚊媒传染病传播的媒介,应加强蚊虫监测与防治工作。 Objective To investigate the densities and mosquito-borne pathogens in surrounding areas of Beijing capital international airport in 2021,and provide basis for mosquito control.Methods Carbon dioxide light traps were used to capture mosquitoes according to GB/T 23797-2020 in surrounding areas of Beijing capital international airport in 2021,and virus nucleic acid was detected with RT-PCR.Results Totally 9 611 mosquitoes belonging to 8 species of 4 genera were captured.Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species, accounting for 48.66%.The general average mosquito density was 9.53 mosquitoes per lamp-hour.The mosquito density reached peak during the period of July to September, and the highest density of 20.99 mosquitoes per lamp-hour took place in August.In all habitats, the riverside held the highest mosquito density of 30.10 mosquitoes per lamp-hour.The pathogens of dengue fever, Japanese encephalitis and West Nile fever were not detected out from mosquitoes.Conclusion The vector mosquitoes were captured in surrounding areas of Beijing capital international airport.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and control work of mosquitoes.
