口腔修复治疗中应用预成纤维桩的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of prefabricated fiber post in prosthodontic treatment

目的探讨预成纤维桩应用于口腔修复治疗中的临床效果。方法100例口腔修复患者,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组接受铸造金属桩修复治疗,观察组应用预成纤维桩修复治疗。比较两组治疗总满意度、治疗成功率、治疗相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总满意度及治疗成功率分别为100.00%、98.00%,高于对照组的92.00%、86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组核桩单次治疗时间(72.47±5.36)min短于对照组的(109.01±12.54)min,植骨厚度(2.86±0.90)mm、骨厚度(2.95±0.80)mm厚于对照组的(2.03±0.14)、(2.15±0.04)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.00%(1/50),低于对照组的14.00%(7/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预成纤维桩应用于口腔修复治疗中可提升治疗效果,控制治疗相关并发症发生率,应用价值显著值得推广并运用于口腔修复治疗中。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of prefabricated fiber post in prosthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with prosthodontics were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment regimens,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with cast metal posts,while the observation group was repaired with prefabricated fiber posts.The total treatment satisfaction,treatment success rate,treatment-related indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment satisfaction and treatment success rate of the observation group were 100.00%and 98.00%,which were higher than 92.00%and 86.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The single treatment time of core post(72.47±5.36)min in the observation group was shorter than(109.01±12.54)min in the control group,and the bone graft thickness(2.86±0.90)mm and the bone thickness(2.95±0.80)mm were thicker than(2.86±0.14)and(2.15±0.04)mm in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%(1/50),which was lower than 14.00%(7/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of prefabricated fiber posts in prosthodontics can improve the therapeutic effect and control the incidence of treatment-related complications.It has significant application value,and is worthy of promotion and application in prosthodontics.
