达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法70例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和联合治疗组,每组35例。对照组患者采用二甲双胍治疗,联合治疗组采用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、体质量指数(BMI)及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者TG、BMI均低于本组治疗前,且联合治疗组患者TG(1.21±0.52)mmol/L、BMI(27.04±0.14)kg/m^(2)低于对照组的(1.84±0.42)mmol/L、(28.06±0.34)kg/m^(2),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者HbA1c、FPG、2 h PG均低于本组治疗前,且联合治疗组患者HbA1c(6.21±1.52)%、FPG(7.20±1.81)mmol/L、2 h PG(9.23±2.71)mmol/L均低于对照组的(8.32±1.94)%、(9.24±2.41)mmol/L、(11.21±5.29)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗治疗2型糖尿病临床效果确切,可有效调节患者血糖水平,改善血脂和体质量,安全有效,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with metformin,and patients in the combined treatment group were treated with dapagliflozin combined with metformin.Both groups were compared in terms of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG)and body mass index(BMI)before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the TG and BMI of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the TG(1.21±0.52)mmol/L and BMI(27.04±0.14)kg/m^(2) of the combined treatment group were lower than(1.84±0.42)mmol/L and(28.06±0.34)kg/m^(2) of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HbA1c,FPG and 2 h PG of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the HbA1c(6.21±1.52)%,FPG(7.20±1.81)mmol/L,2 h PG(9.23±2.71)mmol/L of the combined treatment group were lower than(8.32±1.94)%,(9.24±2.41)mmol/L,(11.21±5.29)mmol/L of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 71.43%(25/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with metformin has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can effectively regulate the blood glucose level of patients,improve blood lipids and body weight.It is safe and effective,and has clinical promotion value.
