乳腺癌术后放疗患者采取早期肢体功能训练的效果探讨

Discussion on effect of early limb function training in patients undergoing postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌术后放疗患者应用早期肢体功能训练的临床效果。方法60例乳腺癌术后放疗患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采取常规康复方法,试验组在常规康复基础上采取早期肢体功能训练。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及生活质量评分。结果试验组患者SAS评分(40.50±2.21)分、SDS评分(42.96±2.16)分均低于对照组的(52.80±2.18)、(51.71±2.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生理功能、心理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情绪功能评分分别为(25.10±2.31)、(32.41±3.01)、(37.31±4.00)、(36.22±3.12)、(38.31±2.69)分,均高于对照组的(20.14±2.20)、(29.41±3.12)、(24.01±3.14)、(30.01±3.15)、(34.01±2.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌术后放疗患者采取早期肢体功能训练,可有效改善患者心理状态,明显提升生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of early limb function training in patients undergoing postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation,while the experimental group received early limb function training on the basis of conventional rehabilitation.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score(40.50±2.21)points and SDS score(42.96±2.16)points of the experimental group were lower than(52.80±2.18)and(51.71±2.19)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,psychological function,physical pain,social function,emotional function scores in the experimental group were(25.10±2.31),(32.41±3.01),(37.31±4.00),(36.22±3.12),and(38.31±2.69)points,which were higher than(20.14±2.20),(29.41±3.12),(24.01±3.14),(30.01±3.15),(34.01±2.14)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early limb function training in patients undergoing postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and significantly improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
