摘要
目的通过使用乳酸杆菌分泌的细菌素对两种致病菌进行相应作用后比较其效果,旨在找出一种可靠的抑菌方法。方法40例肺炎患者,痰液中分离培养出20株金黄色葡萄球菌和20株肺炎链球菌。把乳酸杆菌产细菌素加入在这两种致病菌的培养皿中,计算细菌个数,使用扫描电镜对细菌的生物膜进行观测。分析乳酸杆菌产细菌素对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌分离株生长及分离株生物膜的抑制作用。结果实验组金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌菌落数分别为(3.41±0.91)×10^(8) CFU/ml、(4.81±1.21)×10^(8) CFU/ml,均低于对照组的(12.76±3.21)×10^(8) CFU/ml、(14.32±3.81)×10^(8) CFU/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳酸杆菌产细菌素对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为89.64%、灭活率为73.28%,均高于对肺炎链球菌的75.11%、66.41%。结论乳酸杆菌产细菌素对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌的生长及生物膜都表现出较强的抑制作用,相比之下,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用更明显,可以体现乳酸杆菌产细菌素在临床上显著减轻肺炎症状的重要价值。
Objective To find a reliable antibacterial method by using bacteriocin-producing Lactobacillus after acting accordingly on two pathogenic bacteria and comparing their effects.Methods In40 patients with pneumonia,20 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 20 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated and cultured in sputum.The bacteriocin-producing Lactobacillus was added to the petri dishes of these two pathogenic bacteria,the number of bacteria was counted,and the bacterial biofilm was observed by scanning electron microscope.The inhibitory effect of bacteriocin-producing Lactobacillus on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae isolates and biomembrane of isolates was analyzed.Results The colony numbers of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae in the experimental group were(3.41±0.91)×10^(8) CFU/ml and(4.81±1.21)×10^(8) CFU/ml,which were lower than(12.76±3.21)×10^(8) CFU/ml and(14.32±3.81)×10^(8) CFU/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bacteriocin-producing Lactobacillus has a bacteriostatic rate of 89.64%and an inactivation rate of 73.28%against Staphylococcus aureus,which are higher than 75.11%and 66.41%against Streptococcus pneumoniae.Conclusion The bacteriocin-producing Lactobacillus has a strong inhibitory effect on the growth and biomembrane of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae.In contrast,the inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus is more obvious,which can reflect the great value of bacteriocinproducing Lactobacillus in significantly reducing the symptoms of pneumonia in clinical practice.
