摘要
美国网络空间日光浴委员会2.0于2022年6月2日发布了《网络安全劳动力发展报告》,陈述了目前美国政府和私营部门网络人才库的现状与挑战,介绍了目前激发网络人才活力的措施,并对国家网络主管、国会和私营部门的网络人才库的建设提出了建议,再次确认了在网络安全方面需要公私合作伙伴关系,包括开发共享资源和增加对网络劳动力的投资。相关措施及建议对于美国发展网络安全人才也具备一定的借鉴意义。
The U.S.Cyberspace Solarium Commission(CSC)2.0 released the Workforce Development Agenda for the National Cyber Director on June 2,2022,which describes the current status and challenges of the U.S.government and private sector cyber talent base,introduces current measures to energize cyber talent and makes recommendations for building a cyber talent base for national cyber executives,Congress and the private sector,reaffirming the need for public-private partnerships in cyber security,including developing shared resources and increasing investment in cyber workforces.Relevant measures and suggestions also have certain reference significance for the development of cyber security talents in the U.S.
