污水处理厂二级处理段主要设备故障及解决对策

二级处理段是污水处理厂的核心工艺段,以河南地区的污水处理厂为例,首先筛选出河南省部分污水处理厂二级处理段常用的主要设备,分析了二级处理段高速离心鼓风机、生物池推流器、周进周出二沉池系统等3类主要设备的常见故障或异常情况,对故障或异常情况进行了原因分析,并结合实际工作经验,总结出相应故障或异常情况的解决对策,以期为其他地区城市污水处理厂的机械维修、生产运行管理人员提供一定的经验参考。

The secondary treatment section is the core process section of the sewage treatment plant.Taking the sewage treatment plant in Henan Province as an example,firstly,the main equipment commonly used in the secondary treatment section of some sewage treatment plants in Henan Province is selected.And then the common faults or abnormalities of three kinds of main equipment such as high-speed centrifugal blower,biological tank ejector and peripheral-feed and peripheral outflow secondary sedimentation tank system in the secondary treatment section are analyzed.Finally,the causes of the faults or abnormalities are analyzed.Combined with practical work experience,this paper summarizes the solutions to the corresponding faults or abnormal conditions,in order to provide some experience reference for the mechanical maintenance,production and operation management personnel of urban sewage treatment plants in other regions.
