党的十九大以来习近平生态文明思想的新发展

New Developments of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization since the 19th CPC National Congress

生态文明建设是关系中华民族永续发展的根本大计。在新时代十年伟大变革中,我们党坚持从思想上发力,系统形成了习近平生态文明思想。笔者将十九大以来习近平生态文明思想的新发展初步概括为“加强党对生态文明建设的领导”的政治原则、“坚持人与自然和谐共生”的基本方略、丰富“绿水青山就是金山银山”的绿色发展观、“把碳达峰、碳中和纳入生态文明建设整体布局”的低碳发展观、“共同构建地球生命共同体”的全球治理观等十二个方面。在习近平生态文明思想的指导下,我国生态文明建设发生了历史性、转折性、全局性变化,我国已经成为全球生态文明建设的重要参与者、贡献者、引领者。

Ecological civilization is vital for sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Amid the great changes in the first decade of the New Era, the Party has, through sustained efforts, developed systematic Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, which, in the author’s opinion, includes 12 aspects, such as the political principle of “strengthening the Party’s leadership in ecological civilization,” the basic strategy of “adhering to the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature,” the green development concept that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” the low-carbon development concept of “incorporating carbon peaking and carbon neutrality into the overall layout of ecological civilization,” and the global governance of “jointly building a community of life on earth.” Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, ecological civilization in China has seen sweeping, historic, and transformational changes, making China an important participant, contributor, and torchbearer in the global endeavor for ecological civilization.
