摘要
本文分析装配式建筑供应链管理的复杂度、牛鞭效应及风险、成本、库存问题,提出要重视供应链管理,通过管理优化提高效益;提高通用化产品,解决供应链复杂度问题;建立采购平台,打通信息壁垒,解决牛鞭效应问题;将构件生产效益纳入项目总效益分配,降低供给和采购之间的风险;推广供采双方“牧人模式”,提高生产环节在产业链中的参与度,解决构件成本问题;形成企业专有体系应对库存问题。本文还提出,通过提升供应链管理,以生产环节为突破口,串联装配式建筑设计标准化、产品通用化、供应系列化和建造智慧化,助推新型建筑工业化健康发展。
This paper analyzes the complexity,bullwhip effect,risk,cost and inventory of prefabricated building supply chain management,and puts forwards several proposals such as optimizing the supply chain management to improve the management efficiency,enhancing the universalized products to solve the complexity of supply chain,establishing procurement platform to break through information barrier and solve bullwhip effect problem,incorporating component production benefit into project total benefit distribution to reduce the risk between supply and purchase,promoting the"shepherd mode"of both suppliers and producers to improve the participation of production in the industrial chain and solve the problem of component cost,and establishing the enterprise proprietary system to alleviate the inventory problem.Taking the production link as a breakthrough,the improvement of supply chain management could accelerate the prefabricated building design standardization,product generalization,supply serialization and construction intellectualization so as to promote the healthy development of new-type building industrialization.
