居住建筑景观设计与海绵城市理念的融合

Integration of Residential Building Landscape Design and Sponge City Concept

海绵城市是城市化发展过程中的一种生态设计理念,主要利用场地竖向高差构建生态调蓄空间,对降雨径流进行调蓄和净化。通过对多个居住类海绵项目进行调研评估,海绵设施在完成自身调蓄雨水的功能外,其景观效果无法满足居民的审美需求,因此提高住区内海绵城市的景观效果是后期海绵城市建设的主要方向。基于此,本文结合景观设计及海绵城市设计要素,探讨居住类项目内海绵设施的设计手法,为相关业内人员提供参考。

Sponge City is an ecological design concept in the process of urbanization development, which mainly uses the vertical height difference of the site to construct an ecological storage space to adjust, store and purify the rainfall runoff. Through the investigation and evaluation of a number of residential sponge projects, in addition to the function of regulating and storing rainwater, the landscape effect of the sponge facilities cannot meet the aesthetic needs of the residents. Therefore, improving the landscape effect of the Sponge City in the residential area is the construction focus of the Sponge City in the later stage. Based on this, this paper combines the elements of landscape design and Sponge City design to discuss the design methods of sponge facilities in residential projects, so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
