浅析化工危险品在铁路运输中的安全风险分析和对策思考

Simple Analysis of Safety Risks Analysis and Strategies Consideration on Dangerous Chemical Goods in Railway Transportation

近年来我国铁路承担的化工危险品运输量仍处于逐步上升趋势,目前依靠铁路运输的化工危险品,比如大量原油、成品油,在铁路运输里是主打的品类。由于化工危险品自身特性,一旦发生事故会产生巨大的人员以及经济损失。本文基于我国铁路运输化工危险品现状,从管理、货物、运输、人员四个方面分析了铁路运输化工危险品的安全风险因素,构建20项安全风险评价指标,利用综合分析法对各类安全风险指标进行划分,提出了安全风险应对策略建议,为铁路安全运输化工危险品提供参考。

In recent years,Chinese railway transportation scale of dangerous chemical goods shows an up trend.At present,the transport dangerous chemical goods relying on railways,such as large quantities of crude oil and refined oil,is the main category in the railway transport.Due to the characteristics of dangerous chemical goods,once an accident occurs,it will produce huge personnel and economic losses.Based on the chemical dangerous goods of railway transportation in our country the status quo,from the management,goods,transport,people,four aspects analyzes the dangerous goods safety risk factors of railway transportation,build 20 measures of safety risk assessment,using the comprehensive analysis of all kinds of safety risk indicator,put forward suggestions on the safety risk coping strategies,providing reference for railway transportation safety dangerous chemical goods.
