影响原子荧光光谱仪测汞稳定性的试剂及反应体系综述

摘要 综述了近年来对影响原子荧光光谱仪测汞稳定性的试剂及反应体系的探索,并将学者们用到的各种试剂对测量的影响归为以下类别:氧化型使汞离子保持离子状态,还原型使汞还原为活化的原子,络合型使汞离子减少了歧化并络合了干扰元素,反应型减少汞析出和沉积并影响氢化物发生过程的液相和原子化干扰。分析认为这些试剂稳定了汞离子进入检测,也可能与器皿、管材发生作用减少了汞的吸附沉积。综述为改善原子荧光检测汞质量提供参考,相关项也可作为峰形、信号、记忆残留等工作异常的排查内容。 This paper summarizes the exploration of reagents and reaction systems that affect the mercury determination’ stability by atomic fluorescence spectrometer in recent years,and classifies the effects of various reagents used by scholars on the measurement into the following categories:oxidation type keeps mercury ions in ionic state,reduction type makes mercury reduce to active atoms,complex type reduces the disproportionation of mercury ions and complexes interfering elements,reactive type reduces the mercury separating out and deposition,also affects liquid phase and atomization interference in the hydride generation process.This analysis shows that these reagents stabilize the entry of mercury ions into the detection,and may also interact with vessels and pipes to reduce the adsorption and deposition of mercury.This review provides a reference for improving the quality of atomic fluorescence detection of mercury,and the relevant items can also be used as the troubleshooting contents of peak shape,signal,memory residue and other work abnormalities.
