摘要
生物炭可为微生物附着生长提供晶核,促进好氧颗粒污泥形成,但生物炭性质对微生物附着性能的影响机制尚不明确。本研究在不同条件下制备了30种生物炭,优选出10种挂膜量差异较大的生物炭,通过对生物炭表面结构、官能团组成和元素组成进行分析探究生物炭性质对微生物附着性能的影响因素。结果表明,生物炭平均孔径、可溶性有机碳含量、羰基、O/C、(O+N)/C与微生物附着性能呈显著正相关,羧基、内酯基和H/C为强显著正相关关系,可为颗粒污泥载体制备及选择提供理论依据。
Biochars with high microbial attachment can promote the formation of aerobic granular sludge.However,the effects of biochar characterizations on microbial attachment remains unclear.Thirty kinds of biochar were prepared under different conditions in this experiment,and ten kinds of biochar were selected with great differences in the amount of biofilm,for investigating the influence of microbial attachment by biochar properties,such as surface structure,functional groups,elemental composition.The analysis of biochar properties showed that biochar average pore diameter,soluble organic carbon content,carbonyl,O/C,(O + N)/C had a significantly positively relevance with microbial adhesion,carboxyl group,lactone group and H/C were strongly and significantly positively correlated,which could provide theoretical basis for the preparation and selection of granule sludge carrier.
