摘要
本文针对ZJ116B型细支高速卷接机流化床系统温度偏高,分析了其温度变化规律对卷制质量的影响,得出了温度变化对卷制质量的影响关系;并在此基础上,通过对流化床循环气流工作方式进行优化改进和生产跟踪验证,研究结果表明,改进优化后,流化床床身温度下降17℃,流化床循环风机下降24℃;卷制过程烟丝整丝率上升6.5%;烟丝碎丝率下降4.5%,卷烟含水率上升0.2%,含末率下降1.4%,空头率下降0.6%,端部落丝量下降1.1mg/支,说明卷制过程烟丝水分散失及造碎减小,卷制过程烟支端部的空松现象和端部散落的烟丝量减小,卷制质量有所提升;卷烟重量SD值下降3.1mg/支;卷烟吸阻SD值下降3.7Pa/支,说明卷制过程的烟支物理质量稳定性有所提升。
In view of the high temperature of the fluidized bed system of ZJ116B fine-branch high-speed cigarette-rolling machine,this paper analyzed the influence of the temperature variation law on the rolling quality,and obtained the relationship of the temperature variation on the quality of rolled tobacco.On this basis,we improved the working mode of circulating air flow in fluidized bed and verified the production quality of tobacco.The research results showed that the temperature of the fluidized bed decreased by 17℃ and the circulating fan of the fluidized bed decreases by 24℃ after the improvement and optimization.In the process of rolling,the whole rate of cut tobacco increased by 6.5%,the rate of shredded tobacco decreased by 4.5%,the moisture content of cigarettes increased by 0.2% the dust content rate decreased by 1.4%,the short seller rate decreased by 0.6%,and the tobacco loss from cigarette end decreased by 1.1milligram per branch.The above data showed that the moisture loss and crushing of cut tobacco were reduced in the rolling process.However,the empty loose phenomenon and the amount of shredded tobacco scattered at the end were decreased.As a result,the quality of rolling has been improved.In addition,the SD value of cigarette weight decreased by 3.1 milligram per branch,and the SD value of cigarette suction resistance decreased by 3.7 Pascal per branch,which indicating that the physical mass stability of cigarette was improved in the process of rolling.
