工业催化课程中固体催化剂活性中心问题探讨及案例分析

摘要 固体催化剂是工业催化课程学习的核心。长期教学实践发现,学生在理解和掌握固体催化剂活性中心(或活性位点、催化位点)这一概念时,存在较大困难。究其原因是由固体催化剂活性中心的复杂性、多样性和微观尺度等多种因素造成的。为了解决这一问题,本文结合催化科学研究成果,针对固体催化剂活性中心这一概念,以案例形式进行了具象化描述,并结合教学实践,尝试对固体催化剂活性中心可能的组成和结构特征进行了归纳。帮助学生深入理解固体催化剂活性中心及相关概念。同时,相关内容也是对现有教材知识体系的一点补充。 Solid catalysts are the core of industrial catalysis courses.Long-term teaching practice has found that students have greater difficulties in understanding and mastering the concept of solid catalyst active center (or active site,catalytic site).The reason is caused by various factors such as the complexity,diversity,and micro-scale of the active center of the solid catalyst.In order to solve this problem,this paper combines the research results of the catalysis science and provides a figurative description of the concept of solid catalyst active center in the form of cases.Furthermore,combined with teaching practice,an attempt was made to summarize the possible composition and structural characteristics of the active center of the solid catalyst.All efforts are to help students gain an in-depth understanding of the catalyst active center and related concepts.At the same time,the relevant content is also a supplement to the existing knowledge system of textbook.
