枯草芽孢杆菌DZSY21对致病菌生物膜的抑制研究

摘要 致病菌极易通过形成生物膜来保护自己,感染了致病菌的食品易引起食物中毒。因此,主要研究枯草芽孢杆菌DZSY21对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和李斯特菌生物膜的抑制作用,选取FZB42为阳性对照,OKB105为阴性对照。通过荧光显微镜和微孔板法分别对细菌生物膜进行定性和定量发现,同一吸光度下,不同试验菌对致病菌的生物膜生成有不同的抑制作用,且DZSY21菌体抑制效果最好,优于对照组;选用牛奶和蔬果等作为食品研究模型发现,经枯草芽孢杆菌DZSY21菌悬液处理的试验组外观和品质均好于对照组,为枯草芽孢杆菌DZSY21在后续的防腐保鲜试验中提供了理论依据。 Pathogenic bacteria can easily protect themselves by forming biofilms,and food infectedwith pathogenic bacteria can easily cause food poisoning.Therefore,this study mainly studied the inhibitory effect of Bacillus subtilis DZSY21 on the biofilm of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Listeria,and selected FZB42 as the positive control and OKB105 as the negative control.Qualitative and quantitative results of bacterial biofilm were obtained by fluorescence microscope and microplate method.Under the same absorbance,different experimental bacteria had different inhibitory effects on the formation of pathogenic bacteria biofilm,and DZSY21 bacteria had the best inhibitory effect,which was better than the control group.It was found that the appearance andquality of the experimental group treated by Bacillus subtilis DZSY21 suspension were better thanthose of the control group,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent anti-corrosion ex-periment of Bacillus subtilis DZSY21.
