摘要
采用溶剂萃取法对小花茉莉浸膏中的挥发性成分进行GC-MS分析,结果表明,①小花茉莉浸膏中共检测出39种挥发性成分,包括醇类、酯类、酸类、酮类、杂环类、烃类化合物;②其中酯类化合物总含量为307.62 mg/g,占总挥发性物质的65.05%;③小花茉莉浸膏中含量较高的物质为芳樟醇(14.89%)、顺-3-己烯-1-醇(2.34%)、乙酸苄酯(26.16%)、乙酸芳樟酯(12.20%)、丙酸苄酯(14.48%)、氨茴酸甲酯(9.28%)、吲哚(7.18%)。
The solvent extraction method was used to analyze the volatile fragrance components in the extract of jasmine jasmine by GC-MS,and the results showed that:①Jasmine jasminum sifolia extract detected 39 volatile components,including alcohols,esters,acids,ketones,heterocycles,and hydrocarbon compounds;②The total content of ester compounds was 307.62 mg/g,accounting for 65.05%of the total volatile substances;③The higher content of the jasmine extract was aromatic Alcohol(14.89%),cis-3-hexen-1-ol(2.34%),benzyl acetate(26.16%),linalyl acetate(12.20%),benzyl propionate(14.48%),fennel methyl acid(9.28%),indole(7.18%).
