花椒采摘收获设备的试验研究

Experimental Study on Picking Equipment of Zanthoxylum bungeanum

介绍了花椒收获过程中关键机具采摘设备的改进和试验的必要性和重要性,以及省内外发展现状和趋势,针对花椒收获机具种类不全、功能单一、适应性、可靠性不足的问题,在国内现有花椒采摘机具的基础上,对现有花椒采摘机具进行适应性改进和试验,进一步适应山西省花椒采摘关键技术,提高花椒采摘的速度,提高花椒采摘的效率,节约农民收获的时间,降低劳动强度。

This paper mainly introduced the necessity and importance of the improvement and test of the key equipment in the pepper harvesting process,as well as the present situation and trend of the development inside and outside the province,on the basis of the existing Zanthoxylum picking machine tools in China,the adaptability improvement and test of the existing zanthoxylum picking machine tools were carried out to further adapt to the key technology of zanthoxylum picking in Shanxi province,improve the speed of pepper picking in our province,improve the efficiency of pepper picking,save farmers harvest time,reduce labor intensity.
