摘要
为了提高食品学科研究生的人才培养质量,强化研究生的科学思维和创新意识,发展海洋食品学科特色,对大连海洋大学开设的研究生基础学位课程“高级食品化学”进行了课程改革和探索,主要包括学科特色体现、思政教育、强化创新意识等,拓宽课程的深度和广度,促进课程教学质量。
In order to improve the talent training quality of graduate students in food discipline,strengthen their scientific mind and innovation,and develop the characteristics of marine food discipline,Advanced Food Chemistry,a graduate basic degree course offered by Dalian Ocean University,was reformed and explored,mainly including the reflection of discipline characteristics,ideological and political education,strengthening innovation consciousness,etc.The depth and extent of the course were widened and the teaching quality of the course was promoted.
