爱普列特联合坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Epletide Combined with Tamsulosin in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Its Influence on Anxiety,Depression and Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:观察爱普列特联合坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年2月至2021年12月江苏省兴化市妇幼保健院收治的良性前列腺增生患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组使用爱普列特进行治疗,观察组使用爱普列特联合坦索罗辛进行治疗。采用心理疲溃感量表(MBI)评估2组患者的心理状态,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁状态的改善情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的变化,同时比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗的有效率显著高于对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组情绪枯竭评分、去人格化倾向评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:爱普列特联合坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效更为显著,可以缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少患者心理压力,提高患者的睡眠质量,进而提高患者生命质量。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of epletide combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and its influence on anxiety,depression and sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 200 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)admitted to Jiangsu Xinghua Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to December2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with eplate,and the observation group was treated with eplate combined with tamsulosin.Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)was used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients between two groups.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression of the patients in the two groups.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the change of sleep quality.At the same time,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared as well.Results:after treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group.The emotional exhaustion score and depersonalization tendency score of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of epletide and tamsulosin is more effective in the treatment of BPH,which can relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the psychological pressure of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and then improve the quality of life of patients.
