袋鼠式护理配合婴儿抚触对婴儿睡眠质量及体质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Kangaroo Nursing Combined with Baby Touch on Newborn Sleep

目的:探究袋鼠式护理配合婴儿抚触护理对新生儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年12月泉州市妇幼保健院儿童医院收治的新生儿88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。2组均实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施袋鼠式与婴儿抚触联合护理,比较2组婴儿的睡眠质量。结果:在护理干预之前,2组婴儿的睡眠时间、体质量比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);在护理干预后,观察组婴儿的睡眠时间、体质量增长均超过对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在睡眠质量方面,观察组婴儿的优良率为97.73%,对照组为81.82%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿护理中,联合应用袋鼠式和抚触手法护理,可延长婴儿睡眠时间,改善睡眠质量,促进婴儿体质量增长,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of kangaroo style and baby touch nursing on the sleep quality of newborns.Methods:A total of 88 neonates who were admitted to our department from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups were given routine nursing care.On this basis,the observation group was given kangaroo pose and infants Combined caressing and touching,the sleep time and quality of the two groups of infants were compared.Results:Before the nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep time and weight between the two groups(P>0.05);after the nursing intervention,the sleep time and weight of the infants in the observation group increased more than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In terms of sleep quality,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 97.73%,and that of the control group was 81.82%.The former was higher than the latter,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In neonatal nursing,the combined application of kangaroo and stroking manipulation can prolong the sleep time of infants,improve sleep quality,and promote weight gain,which is worthy of popularization and application.
