心理护理对阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者心理状况、睡眠质量影响分析

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Psychological Status and Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery for Appendicitis

目的:探究腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者心理状况、睡眠情况,分析心理护理策略及其应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年6月福建省漳州市漳浦县中医医院收治的阑尾炎手术患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行常规护理联合心理护理,对比2组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后焦虑评分与抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗依从性(服药、饮食、锻炼、作息、复诊)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);睡眠质量评分、生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阑尾炎患者在接受腹腔镜手术治疗时焦虑抑郁心理明显,在常规护理基础上增加个体化心理护理,可有效解决患者心理问题,提高患者治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the psychological status and sleep of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy,and to analyze the psychological nursing strategy and its application effect.Methods:A total of 96 patients with appendicitis who were treated in Zhangpu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The scores of treatment compliance(medication,diet,exercise,work and rest,follow-up)were higher than those of the control group(Ps<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality and life quality were higher than those of the control group(Ps<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with appendicitis have obvious anxiety and depression when receiving laparoscopic surgery.Adding individualized psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing can effectively solve the psychological problems of patients and improve the treatment effect of patients.
