认知行为护理干预对抑郁症患者睡眠质量和自杀态度的影响评价研究

Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Suicide Attitude in Patients with Depression

目的:观察抑郁症患者在应用认知行为护理干预后对患者睡眠质量以及自杀态度出现的影响。方法:选取2019年2月至2022年2月泉州市第三医院收治的抑郁症患者128例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组行常规护理,对患者用药情况加以指导,加强患者健康教育工作。观察组行认知行为护理干预,观察患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、睡眠质量、自杀态度、自我效能感。结果:观察组HAMD评分低于对照组,睡眠质量、自杀态度优于对照组,自我效能感高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:以抑郁症作为研究重点,在应用认知行为护理干预后,能够帮助患者改善睡眠质量,减轻抑郁症状,避免患者出现自杀情况,并提升患者自我效能感。

Objective:To observe the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on sleep quality and suicide attitude in patients with depression.Methods:A total of 128 patients with depression admitted to Quanzhou Third Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 64 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,guided the drug use of patients,and strengthened the health education of patients.The observation group received cognitive and behavioral nursing intervention,and the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),sleep quality,suicide attitude and self-efficacy were observed.Results:HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,sleep quality and suicide attitude were better than those of the control group,and self-efficacy was higher than that of the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Taking depression as the research focus,after the application of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention,it can help patients improve sleep quality,reduce depressive symptoms,avoid suicide,and improve their self-efficacy.
