观察程序化护理管理对风湿免疫科住院患者失眠率的影响

To Observe the Effect of Programmed Nursing Management on Insomnia Rate of Inpatients in Rheumatology and Immunology Department

目的:观察程序化护理管理对风湿免疫科住院患者失眠率的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2021年2月福建医科大学附属福州儿童医院收治的风湿免疫科住院患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理管理干预,观察组给予程序化护理管理干预。采用失眠严重程度指数(ISI)比较2组患者失眠症状改善情况,采用舒适状况量表(GCQ)比较2组患者的感受,比较2组患者遵医依从性及护理满意度。结果:观察组ISI评分显著低于对照组,观察组GCQ评分显著高于对照组,观察组遵医依从率及护理满意度均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:程序化护理管理应用于风湿免疫科住院患者护理管理中,能有效降低患者的失眠率,改善患者的睡眠质量,提高患者遵医依从率及护理满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of programmed nursing management on insomnia rate of inpatients in rheumatology and Immunology Department.Methods:A total of 100 inpatients from the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology admitted to Fuzhou Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management intervention,and the observation group was given programmed nursing management intervention.The insomnia severity index(ISI)was used to compare the improvement of insomnia symptoms of the 2 groups of patients,and the Comfort Scale(GCQ)was used to compare the feelings of 2 groups,and the comparison of medical compliance and nursing satisfaction between the 2 groups of patients.Results:The ISI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the GCQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that the control group,and the difference between the2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of programmed nursing management in the nursing management of inpatients in rheumatology and Immunology Department can effectively reduce the insomnia rate of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and improve the compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of patients.
