观察焦点解决干预措施在颈椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者术后康复护理中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Application Effect of Focus Resolution Intervention in Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Cervical Spine Fracture and Spinal Cord Injury and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨焦点解决干预措施在颈椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者术后康复护理中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年6月联勤保障部队第909医院厦门大学附属东南医院收治的颈椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予常规康复护理方式进行干预,观察组给予焦点解决干预措施下的康复护理方式进行干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状的改善情况,比较2组患者不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组的SDS评分、SAS评分及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组的总并发症发生率显著低于对照组,观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:焦点解决干预下的术后康复护理能显著改善颈椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的睡眠质量,缓解患者不良情绪,降低不良反正发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of focus solution intervention in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with cervical spine fracture and spinal cord injury and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 96 patients with cervical spine fracture and spinal cord injury admitted to the 909th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force,Southeast Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention under the focus solution intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between the two groups.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between at the same time.Results:After nursing intervention,the SDS score,SAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the total complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative rehabilitation nursing under the intervention of focus solution can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with cervical spine fracture and spinal cord injury,relieve the patients’bad emotions,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
