利培酮联合安神汤治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Risperidone Combined with Anshen Decoction in the Treatment of Schizophrenia and the Effect of Patients’Sleep Quality

目的:研究分析利培酮联合安神汤治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月长阳县中医院收治的精神分裂症患者50例作为研究对象,按照奇偶编码随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组患者给予利培酮进行治疗;观察组患者接受利培酮联合安神汤治疗;观察比较2组患者的疗效及睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者睡眠指标优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利培酮联合安神汤治疗精神分裂症疗效十分显著,能更有效改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of risperidone combined with Anshen Decoction in the treatment of schizophrenia and the effect of patients’sleep quality.Methods:In this study,50 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in Changyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even codes,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with risperidone while patients in the observation group were treated with risperidone combined with Anshen Decoction.The efficacy of the treatment and the sleep quality of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The sleep indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of risperidone combined with Anshen Decoction in the treatment of schizophrenia is very significant.It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and is worthy of further promotion.
