电力现货市场不平衡电量分摊机制优化研究

摘要 由于不平衡电量的产生时间不同,导致传统分摊机制下准确性相对较低,为此对电力现货市场不平衡电量分摊机制进行研究。利用极差与发电量建立了电力现货市场中各交易的贡献度模型,考虑到不同类型的交易对不平衡电量的影响也存在明显的差异,根据交易类型对其进行个性化赋权处理,由此计算得到交易贡献度。匹配电量损耗与用电负荷之间的关系后,针对尖峰、高峰、腰荷、低谷不同阶段精细化计算了不平衡电量的费用成本,并结合交易贡献度实现对其的分摊。测试结果表明,设计分摊机制可以实现准确的电量分摊,并大大降低了由于供需端电量不平衡引起的电费异常波动。 Due to the different generation times of unbalanced electricity,the accuracy of the traditional allocation mechanism is relatively low.For this reason,the unbalanced electricity allocation mechanism in the electricity spot market is studied.The contribution model of each transaction in the electricity spot market is established by using the range and power generation.Considering that there are obvious differences in the impact of different types of transactions on the unbalanced electricity,individualized weighting processing is carried out according to the transaction type.This calculation results in the transaction contribution.After matching the relationship between electricity consumption and electricity load,the cost of unbalanced electricity is calculated for different stages of peaks,peaks,waist loads,and troughs,and it is apportioned based on the transaction contribution.The test results show that the design allocation mechanism can achieve accurate electricity allocation,and greatly reduce the abnormal fluctuation of electricity charges caused by the imbalance of electricity between supply and demand.
