摘要
针对电路系统设计向小型化和低成本方向发展的要求,提出了一种基于比较器的脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)控制电路。由比较器和电阻电容(Resistor Capacitor,RC)单元组成控制电路,输出频率、占空比可调的PWM驱动信号,实现对电子开关的PWM控制。实验结果表明,该控制方法实现的电路体积小、可靠性高,输出的PWM驱动信号能实现对电子开关的可靠控制。该电路无数字控制电路部分,具有电路结构简单、成本低以及抗干扰性能较好等优点。
Aiming at the requirement of miniaturization and low cost in circuit system design,a comparator-based Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)control circuit and device are proposed.The control circuit is composed of a comparator and a Resistor Capacitor(RC)unit,which outputs a PWM drive signal with adjustable frequency and duty cycle to realize PWM control of the electronic switch.The experimental results show that the circuit realized by the control method is small in size and high in reliability,and the output PWM driving signal can realize reliable control of the electronic switch.The circuit has no digital control circuit part,and has the advantages of simple circuit structure,low cost and good anti-interference performance.
