摘要
在电子与通信领域,随着大量射频技术的使用,出现了谐振器、滤波器、耦合器等片外分离单元大量存在的现象,影响了电子与通信行业的发展。近年来,纳米技术以其微型化、高性能及低成本的特点将各种复杂功能单元集成在单一芯片内,从而实现系统级芯片(System On a Chip,SOC)的目标,体现出比传统通信元件更优越的内在性能,在电子与通信领域的应用愈发广泛。基于纳米技术的特点,概述了电子与通信领域中纳米技术的相关问题,分析了纳米技术在电子与通信领域的应用现状及发展趋势,以期推动纳米技术的进步,同时促进电子与通信行业的高质量发展。
In the field of electronics and communications,with the use of a large number of radio frequency technologies,the phenomenon of a large number of off-chip separation units such as resonators,filters,and couplers has occurred,which has affected the development of the electronics and communications industries.In recent years,nanotechnology has integrated various complex functional units into a single chip with its characteristics of miniaturization,high performance and low cost,so as to achieve the goal of System On a Chip(SOC),reflecting the superiority of traditional communication components.Intrinsic performance,more and more widely used in the field of electronics and communication.Based on the characteristics of nanotechnology,this paper summarizes the related issues of nanotechnology in the field of electronics and communication,and analyzes the application status and development trend of nanotechnology in the field of electronics and communication,with a view to promoting the progress of nanotechnology and promoting the high level of the electronics and communication industry quality development.
