中西医结合外治法治疗突发性聋疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of external therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on sudden deafness

目的探讨中西医结合外治法治疗突发性聋患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月在南京中医药大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉科住院治疗的突发性聋患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组参照《突发性聋诊断和治疗指南(2015)》予常规静脉用药,研究组给予常规静脉用药+中西医结合外治,观察2组治疗前后的听阈值及平均受损频率提高值,比较2组临床疗效。结果研究组和对照组各57例完成研究。2组患者治疗后患耳听阈值均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),研究组治疗后患耳听阈值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组的受损频率提高阈值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为70.2%(40/57),明显高于对照组的50.9%(29/57),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规静脉用药的基础上予中西医结合外治法治疗可更有效改善突发性聋患者的听力,相对单纯静脉用药能提高临床治疗的有效率。

Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of external treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with sudden deafness who were hospitalized in the Otolaryngology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine intravenous medication according to the‘Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness(2015)’,and the study group was given routine intravenous medication+external treatment of integrated traditional and western medicine.The hearing threshold value and the average increase of the damaged frequency before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Fifty-seven cases in the study group and 57 cases in the control group completed the study.After treatment,the hearing threshold of affected ears of the patients in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(all P<0.05),there was no significant difference in hearing threshold of affected ears between the study group and the control group(P>0.05),but the threshold of increased damage frequency in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 70.2%(40/57),which was significantly higher than that 50.9%(29/57)of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of routine intravenous medication can more effectively improve the hearing of patients with sudden deafness,and can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment compared with intravenous medication alone.
