摘要
本论文主要研究已腐蚀通信铁塔的锈蚀涂装处理。通过使用ZY-02单组分免除锈溶剂型高分子橡胶防腐涂料对带锈碳钢进行涂装,采用盐雾腐蚀试验、氙灯老化试验、附着力测试、电化学阻抗测试等方法来评价涂层的性能。
This paper mainly studies the corrosion coating treatment of corroded communication towers.The rusted carbon steel is coated with ZY-02 onecomponent rust-free solvent-based polymer rubber anti-corrosion coating,and the coating is evaluated by salt spray corrosion test,xenon lamp aging test,adhesion test,electrochemical impedance test,etc.layer performance.
