摘要
为了探寻2-吲哚酮类化合物的有效合成方法,以N-芳基丙烯酰胺与溴代丙二酸二乙酯为原料、三(2-苯基吡啶)合铱为光催化剂,在可见光照射下,加成环化得到吲哚酮类化合物,并对所得化合物进行了表征。结果表明:该反应具有条件温和、收率高、与官能团兼容性良好以及底物适用范围广等特点,为吲哚酮类化合物合成提供了一种简单、安全、便利的新途径。
To develop an effective synthetic method for the preparation of 2-oxindoles,using readily available N-aryl acrylamides and diethyl bromomalonate as starting materials,and visible light as green and sustainable energy source,the synthesis of various oxindoles has been realized.All obtained compounds are characterized by NMRs and mass spectra.The results show that this method is characterized by mild reaction conditions,good functional group tolerance and broad scope of substrates,which provides a simple and practical protocol to the preparation of oxindoles.
