基于类儿茶酚前驱物制备高亲水/水下超疏油分离膜研究

摘要 为了开发一类低成本、简单而有效的处理油污染的薄膜,受贻贝仿生的启发,利用低成本的类儿茶酚前驱物左旋多巴(L-DOPA)、单宁酸(TA)和没食子酸(GA),通过与聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)一步反应改性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜制备一系列具有高效油水乳液分离能力的亲水膜。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X光电子能谱(XPS)对改性薄膜的结构进行了分析;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了改性薄膜的形态;利用水接触角及油水分离实验研究了改性薄膜的油水分离性能。结果表明:L-DOPA/PEI、TA/PEI和GA/PEI改性的PVDF薄膜均具有方法简单、可操作性强且具有优异的油水分离效能,特别是TA/PEI改性的PVDF膜具有很好的化学稳定性,该研究为改性膜的实际应用提供了实践依据。 In order to develop a class of low-cost,simple,and effective membranes for treating oil contamination,inspired by mussel mimicry,a series of hydrophilic membranes with efficient oil-water emulsion separation capability are prepared by modifying polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) films through one-step reaction with polyethyleneimine(PEI) using low-cost catechol-like precursors levodopa(L-DOPA),tannic acid(TA) and gallicacid(GA).The structure of the modified films is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR) and X-ray electron spectroscopy(XPS);the morphology of the modified films is characterized by swept surface electron microscopy(SEM);the oil-water separation performance of the modified films is investigated by water contact angle and oil-water separation experiments.The results show that the L-DOPA/PEI,TA/PEI and GA/PEI modified PVDF films are easy to used,and have high operability and excellent oil-water separation performance,especially the TA/PEI modified PVDF films enjoy good chemical stability,and the study provides a practical basis for the application of the modified films.
