摘要
教师是影响河南省民办高校可持续发展的关键资源,因此,加强师资队伍建设迫在眉睫。通过选取有代表性的河南省6所民办高校的360名教师和教学管理人员进行问卷调查,发现师资队伍来源、学历结构、职称结构、工龄结构等因素是影响民办高校师资队伍的关键问题。为促进河南省民办高校健康、可持续发展,政府应给予政策支持,民办高校应创新管理,教师应改变理念。
Teachers are the key resources that affect the sustainable development of private universities in Henan province.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.We make a questionnaire survey with 360 teachers and teaching administrators from six representative private universities in Henan province,and find out that the key factors that influence the teaching staff in private universities include the source of teaching staff,the structure of educational background,the structure of professional title,and the structure of working years.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of private universities in Henan province,the government should give policy support,the university should innovate the management,and the teachers should change their ideals.
