加快推进文化旅游融合发展路径探究--以河南省为例

Exploration on How to Accelerate the Integrated Development of Cultural Tourism——A Case Study of Henan Province

文化旅游产业融合发展是产业融合和产业升级的必然趋势。近年来,河南在文旅融合的政策环境、文旅融合的品牌塑造、文旅园区的建设等方面取得了一些成绩,但目前仍存在文化内涵挖掘深度不够、资源整合能力不强、创新发展思维滞后和体制束缚严重等问题。因此,河南应从优化资源配置、优化空间布局、优化产业布局、优化产品和服务、优化产业融合机制、加强人才队伍和设施建设等方面加快文化旅游产业融合发展。

The integrated development of culture and tourism industry is the inevitable trend of industrial integration and industrial upgrading.In recent years Henan province has made some achievements in aspects such as the policy environment of culture and tourism integration,the brand building of culture and tourism integration,and the construction of cultural and tourism parks.However,there still exist some problems,for example,the cultural connotation is not excavated deeply enough,the ability of resources integration is not strong,the thinking of innovative development is still backward,and the institutional constraint is serious etc.Therefore,Henan province should accelerate the integrated development of cultural tourism industry through the optimization of resource allocation,spatial layout,industrial layout,products and services,and industrial integration mechanism,and strengthening the construction of the personnel team and the facilities.
