京杭大运河文化景观遗产保护与开发研究--以大运河常州段为例

Research on the Protection and Exploitation of Cultural Landscape Heritages along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal——Taking the Example of Changzhou Section of the Grand Canal

京杭大运河文化景观遗产呈现出不同特点。大运河常州段文化景观遗产保护与开发应遵循原真性、文化性、传承性、可持续发展、彰显特色等原则。根据国内外的运河文化遗产保护与开发的成功经验,结合大运河常州段文化景观遗产的特点,遵循国家对大运河保护的目标,可以构建大运河文化景观遗产保护与传承利用的新模式。大体可以采用大运河文化景观遗产游径、大运河文化生态保护区、大运河商贸文化旅游街区、大运河生态养生度假区等模式。

The cultural landscape heritages along the Beijing-Hangzhou grand canal present various characteristics.To protect and exploit the cultural landscape heritages along the Changzhou section of the grand canal,it is necessary to follow the principles of authenticity,culture,inheritance,sustainable development,and highlighting the features etc.According to the successful experience of protecting and exploiting the canal cultural heritages at home and abroad,and combined with the characteristics of the cultural landscape heritages along the Changzhou section of the grand canal,we can construct new models for the protection,inheritance,and usage of cultural landscape heritages along the grand canal following the national aim of protecting the grand canal.Generally speaking,we can adopt these models along the grand canal:the tour path for cultural landscape heritages,the cultural and ecological protection area,the commercial and cultural tourism block,and the ecological health resort etc.
