共享经济背景下四川产业融合发展创新路径研究

Research on the Innovation Path for the Integrated Development of Industries in Sichuan Province under the Sharing Economy

作为一种依托互联网、大数据等平台支撑的经济发展模式,共享经济近年来随着信息技术的不断更新升级而蓬勃发展。在此背景下,四川产业融合在农村产业融合、文化旅游融合、军民产业融合等三个方面也得到一定发展,但同时也暴露出了信息共享不足、品牌打造欠缺、法律法规缺失、人才培养乏力等问题。为更好利用共享经济发展契机,促进地区产业融合发展,须创新路径。一是保障信息安全,打破信息壁垒;二是打造区域品牌,协同区域发展;三是增强专利保障,促进创新发展;四是加强人才培养,宣传共享文化。

As an economic development model that is supported by the Internet,the big data,and other platforms,the sharing economy has flourished in recent years with the continuous update and upgrading of the information technology.In this context,the industrial integration in Sichuan province have been developed to some extent in three aspects:the rural industry integration,cultural tourism integration,and military and civilian industry integration.However,some problems also are exposed,for example,the information sharing is not sufficient,the brand building is lacked,the laws and regulations are lacked,and the talent training is insufficient etc.In order to make better use of the opportunity of the sharing economy development,and promote the integrated development of local industries,we should innovate the path for the aim.Firstly,we should safeguard the information security and bread the information barriers;secondly,we should build the regional brand and coordinate the regional development;thirdly,we should strengthen the patent protection and promote the innovative development;and fourthly,we should strengthen the cultivation of the talents and publicize the Sharing Culture.
