Red culture is the precious spiritual wealth for Chinese nation,which reflects the true portrayal of the course of Chinese Communist Party’s hundred-year struggle.It is also the vivid teaching material for the cultivation of the university students’national spirit with important value for their growth in the soul.Exploring how to integrate the red culture into the cultivation of the university students’national spirit in three dimensions--the value,the content,and the practice,will be of great significance for promoting the growth of the students with morality,enhancing the cultural self-confidence,and building up the mainstream ideology.It will also prepare the facts as the basis for the cultivation of the university students’national spirit,provide the spiritual guidance and clarify the political direction.When promoting the university students to inherit and carry forward the red culture with self-consciousness,it can internalize the national spirit in their hearts and externalize the national spirit in their behaviors.
