基于结构方程模型的大学生专业课隐性逃课影响因素分析

摘要 为有效预防和减少大学生专业课隐性逃课行为,设计大学生专业课隐性逃课行为调查问卷,选取河南省部分高校学生进行问卷调查,应用结构方程模型分析各影响因素之间的关系。研究表明,学生因素直接正向影响隐性逃课行为;教师通过学生因素间接影响隐性逃课行为;学校因素对隐性逃课行为既有直接影响又有间接影响,间接影响大于直接影响。学校和教师因素对学生因素具有直接的正向影响,学校因素的影响效应大于教师因素的影响效应。 In order to effectively prevent and reduce the recessive truancy behavior in college students'professional courses,the questionnaire of recessive truancy behavior in college students'professional courses was designed.Some college students from Henan Province were selected to conduct the questionnaire survey.The relationships between the influencing factors were analyzed with the structural equation model.The results show that the student factors have direct and positive impact on the recessive truancy behavior.The teacher factors have an indirect impact on the recessive truancy behavior through the student factors.The university factors have both direct and indirect impact on the recessive truancy behavior and the indirect impact is greater than the direct impact.The university and teacher factors have direct positive impact on student factors and the impact of university factors is greater than that of teacher factors.
