贫困大学生自我成长团体心理辅导效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解团体心理辅导对贫困生自我成长的帮助效果如何,为贫困生心理健康干预提供理论和实践依据。以南京某高校认定的贫困生为对象,经推荐和自愿的方式,再通过问卷筛查最终确定实验组和对照组各12名学生。对实验组进行为期五周,每周2~2.5小时的结构化团体辅导活动。对照组在这期间不进行任何干预。干预前后选择相同的问卷进行测试,对结果进行比较分析。团体辅导干预前,实验组、对照组的人际关系、正负性情绪和自尊水平均无显著差异(p>0.05),经过五周的团体辅导干预后,实验组在人际关系、负性情绪和自尊水平上都较干预前有显著改善(p<0.001),而对照组除负性情绪有显著改善外(p<0.05)其他方面均无变化。干预后发现实验组的正性情绪相对于对照组显著增加(p<0.005)。结论表明,团体心理辅导运用在贫困大学生的自我成长中,对于改善人际关系、情绪调节、提高自尊水平都有着明显的效果,具有实践和推广的意义。 In order to understand the effect of group psychological counseling on self-growth of impoverished students and to provide theoretical and practical basis for mental health intervention of impoverished students.Chose the impoverished students who identified by the university in Nanjing as the object.Through recommendation and self-recommendation,and then through the questionnaire screening,24 students were eventually identified,12 in the experimental group and 12 in the control group.The experimental group was given structured group counseling for 5 weeks,2~2.5 hours a week.The control group did not intervene during this period,which was a natural state.Chose the same questionnaire before and after intervention to test and compared the results.Before group counseling intervention,there were no significant differences in interpersonal relationship,positive and negative emotions and self-esteem between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).After five weeks of group counseling intervention,the level of interpersonal relationship,negative emotions and self-esteem in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before intervention(p<0.001).And there was no change in other aspects except negative emotions in the control group(p<0.05).After intervention,positive emotions in the experimental group increased significantly compared with those in the control group(p<0.005).The application of group psychological counseling in the self-growth of poor college students had obvious effects on improving interpersonal relationships,emotional regulation and self-esteem,and had practical and popularizing significance.
