高校环境法治教育模式问题及改进路径

人类命运与生态环境息息相关,绿色发展是我国当前的最佳选择,生态文明时代加强高校环境法治教育是生态法治建设的必要环节。目前我国高校环境法治教育模式还存在诸多问题,如高校及社会对环境法治教育重视度不高、教育内容不成体系和环境法治教育实践教学环节实效性不高等等。通过讨论环境法治教育的重要价值,重新构建环境法治教育内容体系,探讨如何在高校专业教育中有效渗透环境法治教育,增加环境法治教育实践环节,为我国培养具有绿色思维、具备环境法治行为能力的新一代公民。

Human destiny is closely related to the ecological environment.Green development is the best choice for China at present.In the era of ecological civilization,strengthening the education of environmental rule of law for college students is a necessary link of the construction of ecological rule of law.At present,there are still many problems in the education of environmental rule for college students in China.For example,the universities and society do not attach great importance to the education of environmental rule of law,and there are a series of problems in the education mode of environmental rule of law in universities,such as the educational content is not systematic,and the practical teaching link of environmental rule of law education is not effective.This paper discusses the important value of environmental rule of law education,reconstructs the content system of environmental rule of law education,discusses how to effectively infiltrate environmental rule of law education in professional education in colleges and universities,increases the practice of environmental rule of law education.The aim of is to train a new generation of citizens with green thinking and environmental rule of law behavior ability for our country.
