“双碳”目标下环境类研究生高等大气污染控制工程课程教学改革实践与探索 被引量:4

摘要 我国提出二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和,即“双碳”目标或“3060计划”。这要求我国生态文明建设进入以降碳为重点战略方向、推动减污降碳协同增效、促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型和实现生态环境质量改善由量变到质变的新阶段。高等大气污染控制工程是环境类研究生的一门核心学位课程。对照“双碳”目标的要求,结合院校专业特色,成都信息工程大学通过重构教学内容、设计教学新模式、探索实践教学环节和改革教学评价方法系统地优化了课程教学,充分激发学生的实践兴趣和创新思维,从而更好地满足大气污染防控领域对人才专业能力的需求。“双碳”目标是构建人类命运共同体和实现可持续发展的内在要求,环境类研究生当以较高的专业素养投身到实现“双碳”目标的系统性工程中去。 China proposed to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and strive for carbon neutrality by 2060,named the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goals or the"3060 plan",which means that our ecological civilization construction has entered a new stage of focusing on lowering CO2 emissions,promoting pollution and carbon reduction synergistically,motivating the green transformation in all areas of economic and social development,and realizing the improvement of ecological environment quality changed from quantitative to qualitative.Advanced Air Pollution Control Engineering is a core course for graduate student majored in environment.Reconstructing contents of courses,designing new teaching modes,exploring practice teaching and evaluation methods have been carried out in our teaching process in combined with our discipline characteristics to satisfy the requirements of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goals.Students'practical and innovation abilities should be improved through this training,which is the necessary professional abilities in the field of air pollution prevention and control."Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goals is an inherent requirement for building a community with a shared future for mankind and realizing sustainable development.Environmental graduate students should devote themselves to the systematic engineering of realizing the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals"with high professional qualities.
