高校班级心理委员角色认同质性研究 被引量:1

摘要 教育部《高等学校学生心理健康教育指导纲要》中要求高校要建立学校、院系、班级和宿舍“四级”预警防控体系,班级和宿舍两极是预防和维护的首要环节。能够在大学生心理危机源头上就及时发现问题并初步干预,对高校心理健康教育意义重大。心理委员的角色认同如何关系到心理委员制度的完善和高校心理健康教育的成败。研究结果显示心理委员自我认同较低,经过培训由“被调剂”转变为“很重要”;班级同学认为心理委员“可有可无”,角色认同明显偏低;辅导员对心理委员的角色认同则存在较大差异。对此,就心理委员胜任力提升进而促进自我和他者对心理委员的角色认同提出一些对策。 The Guideline on Mental Health Education for College Students compiled by China's Ministry of Education requires the nation's higher educational institutions to establish an early warning and prevention system at"four levels"―colleges,departments,classes and dormitories,with the latter two as the initial links.As it is critical for college mental health educators to identify the first signs of a mental health crisis and to intervene.How well the mental health monitors identify with and assume their role determines the functioning of the monitoring and intervention system and,consequently,the success or otherwise of mental health education in colleges and universities.The results showed that the mental health monitors had low self-identity and changed from"adjusted"to"very important"after training.The classmates thought that the mental health monitors were"dispensable"and the role identity was obviously low.There are great differences in guidance counselors'role identification of the mental health monitors.In this regard,some countermeasures are put forward to enhance the competence of the mental health monitors and promote the role identity of self and others.
