网络视频弹幕舆情的平台处置方式及风险防范

网络视频弹幕舆情研究对提高平台型企业的舆情处置能力、防范网络舆情爆发具有重要意义。本文采用弹幕文本情感分析方法挖掘网络舆情特征,分析发现来自经济利益驱动、算法技术支持、竞争发展压力等方面的因素导致网络视频平台采用不同的弹幕舆情处置方式,导致平台企业方面可能存在价值误判的风险、技术滥用的风险、合法性与公信力的风险,甚至引发次生舆情危机。建议完善平台型企业的舆情管理准则、提高平台型企业的数据资源治理能力、加强政府和平台型企业的协同治理,从整体上提高平台型企业在弹幕舆情处置中的风险防范能力。

The research on network video's barrage public opinion is of great significance to improve the public opinion disposal ability of platform enterprises and prevent the outbreak of network public opinion.This paper uses the bullet screen text emotion analysis method to mine the characteristics of network public opinion.It is found that the factors from economic interest driving,algorithm technology support,competitive development pressure and so on,lead to different bullet screen public opinion disposal methods on the network video platform,which may lead to the risk of value misjudgment,technology abuse,legitimacy and credibility of platform enterprises,and even lead to a secondary public opinion crisis.It is suggested to improve the public opinion management criteria of platform enterprises,improve the data resource governance ability of platform enterprises,strengthen the collaborative governance between the government and platform enterprises,and improve the risk prevention ability of platform enterprises in the disposal of bullet screen public opinion as a whole.
