基于CiteSpace可视化分析茶叶质检研究进展

Research on the Progress of Tea Quality Inspection Based on CiteSpace Visualized Analysis

本文以CNKI,WOS国内、外两个数据库检索出2005-2022年共18年1147篇关于“茶叶质量检测”的文献为研究对象,通过信息可视化软件CiteSpace,对国内、外研究“茶叶质检”的演化过程,研究力量,研究热点进行可视化分析。研究发现国外茶叶智能质检已有一定规模,而国内尚未有规模性的智能质检,国外研究有较强的整体品质意识,国内更加偏重单独元素的检测,国外研究以红茶为重点研究对象,而中国研究对象较为分散。

Taking CNKI and WOS databases at home and abroad as the research object,this paper retrieves 1147 documents on"tea quality inspection"in 18 years from 2005 to 2022.Through the information visualization software CiteSpace,this paper makes a visualized analysis on the research evolution process,research capacity and research hotspots of"tea quality inspection"at home and abroad.The study found that foreign tea intelligent quality inspection has a certain scale,but there is no large-scaled intelligent quality inspection in our country.Foreign research has a strong overall quality awareness,and domestic research pays more attention to the detection of individual elements.Foreign research focuses on the black tea,while Chinese research objects are scattered relatively.
