新媒体时代突发公共事件网络舆情的政府引导作用研究——以成都49中网络舆情事件为例

The Research on Government’s Guidance of Online Public Opinion on Public Emergencies in the Era of New Media——A Case Study of Chengdu No.49 Middle School Events

新媒体时代下,网络平台已成为反映社会舆情的重要窗口,网络舆情治理的成效已然成为影响社会和谐与稳定、影响政府话语公信力的重要因素。重大突发公共事件的应急舆论管控效果更是衡量政府应急能力和治理能力现代化的重要标准。本文从政府的治理主体视角出发,以近期产生较大社会影响的成都49中事件为分析样本,利用大数据分析工具,还原典型案例中政府引导下的网络舆情消散过程,剖析新媒体时代下政府网络舆情应对的有效策略。

In the era of new media,network platform has become an important window to reflect social public opinion,and the effectiveness of network public opinion governance has become an important factor affecting social harmony and stability and the credibility of government discourse.The effect of public opinion control in emergency response to major public emergencies is an important standard to measure the modernization of the government′s emergency response ability and governance ability.From the perspect of viewing the government as the main body of governance,combined with recent produce huge social influence on Chengdu No.49 middle school,using big data analysis tools,we analyze the public opinion in the beginning and end of the control of related departments in dealing with the advantages and disadvantages of social emergency public opinion.In addition,we also analyze the reason and put forward the improvement countermeasures for government management of public opinion.
