摘要
燃气锅炉的主要大气污染物(颗粒物、二氧化硫和氮氧化物)排放浓度是我国严格控制的约束性指标。随着国家对锅炉产品环保工作的不断加强,测试机构在锅炉定型产品能效测试的同时,已逐步开展大气污染物初始排放浓度测试。本文对燃气锅炉颗粒物、二氧化硫和氮氧化物初始排放测试的方法、原理和主要技术特点等进行了分析,提出了锅炉产品大气污染物初始排放测试的建议。
The emission concentration of major air pollutants(particulate matter,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide)from gas-fired boilers is a restricted index under strict control in China.With the continuous strengthening of the environmental protection work of boiler products,testing institutions have gradually carried out the initial emission concentration test of atmospheric pollutants while testing the energy efficiency of boiler products.In this paper,the methods,principles and main technical characteristics of the initial emission test of particulate matter,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide from gas-fired boilers are analyzed,and some suggestions on the initial emission test of air pollutants from boiler products are put forward.
