摘要
天津某石化企业将含硫柴油全部并入加氢尾油管输至加氢尾油罐,针对高硫油输入的情况,该企业加强了介质成分分析,根据分析结果判断该罐是否可以安全运行到下次大修周期。本文结合介质成分分析及当前的损伤机理,对该罐当前时间点和下次停车检验时间节点进行了风险评估,根据管理企业风险可接受水平及储罐各设备项的损伤机理、失效模式,给出有针对性的检验策略。该罐具备开罐条件后进行开罐检验,与评估结果基本吻合。
A petrochemical company in Tianjin incorporated all sulfur-containing diesel oil into hydrogenation tail oil pipe and transported it to hydrogenation tail oil tank.In view of the input of high sulfur oil,the company strengthened the analysis of medium composition,and judged whether the tank could operate safely until the next overhaul cycle according to the analysis results.Based on the analysis of medium composition and the current damage mechanism,this paper evaluates the risk of the tank at the current time point and the next shutdown inspection time node,and makes targeted inspection strategies according to the acceptable risk level of the management company and the damage mechanism and failure mode of each equipment item of the tank.After the tank has the opening conditions,the opening inspection and evaluation results are basically consistent.
